About Kathy
Kathleen A. Judge, MSW CPC
Kathy brings a rich clinical and professional background to her professional coaching practice. She has a BS in Nursing, a Masters in Social Work, and is Board Certified in Clinical Social Work. She received her Certified Professional Coach certification from the College of Executive Coaching. She is also a member of the International Coach Federation.
Her 25+ years of clinical practice in adult and couples outpatient psychotherapy in her private practice, combined with her earlier roles in public health, inpatient psychiatry and community mental health, inform and enrich her skills and perspective as a Professional Life and Business Coach.
She is a co-founder of Women Business Owners Network (WBON), in its 23rd year, and PsychCare Network (PCN), in its 14th year. When you work with her, you can expect to be engaged in an active, ongoing professional coaching relationship which is designed to deepen your learning, engage the best in you and help you lead with integrity.
Key talents include working with and inspiring people to achieve their best – both in their business and personal lives. Her particular areas of interest and expertise are individual coaching with professionals, executives and business owners dealing with work/life transition, increasing and refining one’s emotional intelligence and the enhancement of personal best and leadership skills.
She is trained in the use of a variety of assessments and tools designed to facilitate one’s insight, gain clarity about the next steps, figure out how to get ‘unstuck’, and to strategize for success (e.g. MBTI, EQ-i, Strengths Assessments, Leadership Skills/Style, Emotional Intelligence appraisal, among others). She is knowledgeable and objective and is someone to whom you may speak confidentially. She can help you delegate thoughtfully, think creatively, and avoid tunnel vision.
