Partnering with a coach is a restorative and engaging process that can take place by phone, or in person, as schedule and geography permit. Talented coaching results in clients leveraging their aspirations and capacities to excel in achieving their goals. It is measured by one’s personal satisfaction and solid sense of accomplishment.
Kathy does individual coaching with people in life transitions, (especially small business owners, professionals, executives and academics). She works with you in an ongoing professional coaching relationship that is designed by both of you to be congruent with your most important values at this point in your life. She helps you know your personality, your strengths, your values, your passions. Together you focus on clarifying your purpose, developing your vision and creating a viable plan of action.
Her key talents include working with and inspiring people to achieve their best – both in their business and professional lives. She does one-to-one coaching with people seeking to increase and refine their emotional intelligence and/or looking to enhance their personal best and leadership skills.
Kathy is trained in the use of a variety of assessments and tools which are designed to facilitate one’s insight, gain clarity about the next steps, figure out how to get ‘unstuck’, and to strategize for success. She is knowledgeable and objective, an excellent active listener, and her skills in asking solid, thought provoking questions are highly regarded.
Services/Fee Structure
Monthly rate is based on a six (6) month initial contract, which includes 3-4 scheduled 45-55 minute phone sessions. Brief ‘unscheduled’ calls and e-mail, as needed, may also be included.
Initial evaluation fees, which may include assessments such as MBTI, EQ-i, Strengths Assessments, Leadership Skills/Style and Emotional Intelligence Appraisal, among others, range from $425 - $625.
